Numerous Gorgeous Lakes and Location, are two of many reasons, this neighborhood remains desirable. The neighborhood has seen a slight decline in Market Values when compared to 2009 year-end average sales prices. This decrease can be related to a number of foreclosures/Short Sales that have recently washed out of the market, and I expect to see an increase in sales prices in the near future. For now, lower prices mean that it might be the best time to make that purchase.

Market activity for the last 3 months in Spring Lakes show that 4 Homes have sold with an average sales price of $176,100.. and structure size of 2813 sf. Homes are currently selling at 98% LP/SP Overall time on the market is just over 4 months, with well priced properties moving more rapidly.

There are currently 27 homes for sale in Spring Lakes. If you’re interested in buying or selling a home in the neighborhood or the area in general, call Kimberly Whaley (832-576-4902) or email (kim@kimberlywhaley.com)
