Memorial Northwest Tax rate is one of the lowest in Spring at 2.48%. Home Owner Association (HOA) Dues are $400 annually.
The tax rate, School district and location are only a few reasons why this neighborhood remains very desirable, however the neighborhood has seen a slight decline in Market Values when compared to 2010 year end average sales price of 55.36/SF. Statistically I see no reason for the decrease in sales prices. This could just be a temporary dip and we may see improvement in values in the near future. For now, lower prices mean that it might be the best time to make that purchase.
