Gorgeous oversized homes, location, and school district, are only a few reasons why this neighborhood remains desirable, however the neighborhood has seen a slight decline in Market Values when compared to 2010 year-end average sales prices of $74.37/SF. Statistically I see no reason for the decrease in sales prices. This could just be a temporary dip and we may see improvement in values in the near future. I will note that the neighborhood pricing has fallen into alignment with its parent neighborhood, Cypresswood Glen and previous higher pricing for the “Estates” section appears to have gone away. For now, lower prices mean that it might be the best time to make that purchase.
