Residents have convenient access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and major roads and highways (approx 2.5 miles to I-45),

There are 426 Homes in Devonshire Woods. Community Amenities include a five acre park with playground equipment, a Jr. Olympic swimming pool and two water slides, a pavilion and gazebo, tennis courts, basketball courts, and volleyball courts, soccer and baseball fields, a batting cage, and walking trails.

Devonshire Woods is in the Klein School District and feeds to the following schools: Elementary: Lemm Middle: Shindewolf High: Klein Collins

Devonshire Woods Tax rate is 2.75%. HOA fees are approx 450. Annually

Neighborhood amenities, location, and school district, are a few reasons why this neighborhood remains desirable, and has understandably remained unaffected by the current housing markets. Home sales prices are down slightly (however this was only 1 sale) when compared to the 2011 year-end average sales price of $63.06/SF.

Market activity in Devonshire Woods for Q1 2012 shows that 1 Home sold with a sales price of $61.95/SF. and an average structure size of 2934/SF. This single home sold at 98% of LP/SP (list price per square foot), and time on the market of just over 4 months.
