April Foreclosure update: Ponderosa Forest in Northwest Houston

I get a lot of inquiries about neighborhood Foreclosures. Obviously residents are concerned about how these affect their property values, but there are others that simply want to know what is available so they can take advantage of foreclosure pricing and to get a really good deal.

For those that are concerned about property values being adversely affected, please know that many of these foreclosures could have been avoided. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert I can help homeowners that are facing a financial challenge with information that could assist homeowners in the modification process or help them with a short sale that could at the very least help protect their financial future. If you have a neighbor, friend or if you yourself are facing foreclosure call me today. The sooner we you started, the easier it is to work the programs, but don’t let that discourage you; even if there has already been a foreclosure date set. You can, and I have stopped foreclosures up to the day of the scheduled sale.

The following charts depict the foreclosure activity in Ponderosa Forest for the last year.
